Refund policy

All returns are processed via our return portal and no additional papers need to be included in the package itself for the return.

We kindly ask that all returns are registered and shipped back within 14 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be

  • in the same condition that you received it in
  • unused, with tags on the original location and in it's original packaging
  • in resell-able condition
  • should not have any strong perfume, cigarette etc. smells or any stains (deodorant and body cream included) 
  • unwashed
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer with an additional shipping fee. 

Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties or decline to accept the package, you are still responsible for any duties and taxes incurred. These costs, along with the return fee, will be deducted from your refund. If the package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to receive the package again, a new shipping label must be purchased. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The price at time of purchase is final and we honor our campaign periods. We are unable to offer or make any price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price that later go on sale, or for items on sale that are later available for further reductions.

Return instructions

  • Go to our returns portal for registering any returns. 
  • Put the items you wish to return in the original package.
  • You will get an auto-generated shipment label for your label once it's been processed. Print & paste this return label and place over the former label – the cost of return shipment will be deducted from your final refund.
  • We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and approved your return, no later than 30 days from the day we received your return. 
  • Please note that the initial shipping fee and any import fee related to your order will not be refunded upon return.
  • You will be charged the cost of return as stated below.

Exchange of Products: Please issue a return and place a new order.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'd appreciate a photo of any defects as soon as you notice it so we can evaluate faster. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products missing the original tag or show clear signs of use. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refused delivery:If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

Warranty & Claims (Sweden Only): Customers in Sweden are entitled to a 3-year statutory warranty (reklamationsrätt) under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. This right applies to defects that can be traced back to the original manufacturing or production of the product.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with a description of the issue. We will assess the claim in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and offer a suitable remedy, such as repair, replacement, price reduction.
