Can I buy at the store? Yes, We accept Swish and card transactions.
Do you have everything in stock there? Yes we do - all sizes and styles, same stock as shown online
Can I exchange or return my product at the store? Yes - just make sure to contact us at hello@ilouity.com with your exchange wish and order number so we can make sure we have it at the store. Online returns and exchanges are also accepted to be returned free of charge at the store.
Note: We are located in the space together with JJungle, a curated fashion store you won't regret peeking into. Look for the stairs leading into the store and not the main building entrance.
