Shipping
General
All of our items are carefully inspected and packed to make sure they reach you in their original condition, shipped with the best shipping option, regardless of where you live. We ship all confirmed orders (Except pre-orders) within 1-3 business days latest except Swedish Bank holidays.
For any inquiries on your package, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping partner with your tracking number and only email us after you have been in touch with them.
Shipping partners
Sweden: DHL, Fedex, UPS and free pickup at our Stockholm Store.
International orders: UPS, Fedex, DHL and Local Postal home deliveries.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer multiple delivery services (all premium, including FedEx, UPS, DHL) for each region at different price levels.
The base shipping costs are as follows and is contingent on the carrier and service you choose (home vs. pick up location, expedited etc.)
- Sweden: Free pickup in our Stockholm Store. DHL Servicepoint starting from 79 SEK
- EU: Options starting from €8.95
- Norway & Switzerland: Starting from 149 SEK
- UK: Starting from £8.00
- US: $35
- Rest of the World: Starting from $50
How soon will I get my order?
Typical delivery timelines for packages are:
- Sweden: 1 – 3 business days
- Europe: 2 – 5 business days
- US: 4-6 business days (may be delays due to customs)
- UK: 4-6 business days (may be delays due to customs)
- Rest of the world: 4 – 10 business days
Due to Covid–19, the ongoing war and other macro issues right now, some delivery services have been affected and are experiencing delays, especially with the local delivery partners for non-Sweden deliveries.
If you wish to get your package delivered faster we are happy to assist you with FedEx Express shipment or local Stockholm carrier Bara Posten (Ryska Posten) with an additional fee.
Taxes, duties & charges
US, European Union, UK & Norway - all taxes, duties and charges are included
All other countries besides Norway - The Products are sold ex custom duties, taxes and other charges in the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the Customer to investigate and pay all such duties, taxes and charges.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, Ilouity reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 15 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred.
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 50 USD/40 GBP will be charged at return.

Lost & missing parcels
ILOUITY is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control. Specifically for any shipments with local post, kindly contact PostNord with your tracking number for any inquiries as we take no responsibilities for tracking down any lost or delayed packages. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
