Shipping policy

General
All of our items are carefully inspected and packed to make sure they reach you in their original condition, shipped with the best shipping option, wherever you live. We aim to ship all confirmed orders (except pre-orders) within 1–3 business days, excluding Swedish public holidays.

How much does shipping cost?
Sweden: Free pickup in Stockholm. DHL service point from 79 SEK.
EU: Options from 79 SEK.
Norway & Switzerland: From 149 SEK.
UK: From 89 SEK.
Rest of the world: From 300 SEK.

For any questions about your package, please contact the shipping partner with your tracking number first, and email us only after you have been in touch with them.

Estimated delivery time
Typical delivery times for standard options are:
Sweden: 2–3 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days (Maersk stated "Home Delivery": 6–7 business days)
UK: 4–6 business days (there may be delays due to customs)
Rest of the world: 4–10 business days

Taxes, duties & charges
For the EU, UK and Norway, all taxes, duties and charges are included.
For all other countries, products are sold excluding customs duties, taxes and other charges in the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to check and pay any such duties, taxes and charges.

Lost & missing parcels
ILOUITY is not responsible for delays once a package has been sent, or for items that are lost in transit. If the courier has delivered the package with a signature or proof of delivery but the package is missing, we cannot replace it. Cross-border shipments may also be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
