Shipping policy

General

All of our items are carefully inspected and packed to make sure they reach you in their original condition, shipped with the best shipping option, regardless of where you live. We aim to ship all confirmed orders (except pre-orders) within 1-3 business days latest except Swedish National holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Sweden: Free pickup in Stockholm. DHL Service point starting from 79 SEK
EU: Options starting from 79 SEK
Norway & Switzerland: Starting from 149 SEK
UK: Starting from 89 SEK
US: 350 SEK (approx 35 USD)
Rest of the World: Starting from 300 SEK

For any inquiries on your package, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping partner with your tracking number and only email us after you have been in touch with them.

Estimated delivery time

Typical delivery timelines for standard options are:

Sweden: 2 – 3 business days
Europe: 2 – 5 business days (Maersk 6-7 business days)
US: 4-6 business days (may be delays due to customs)
UK: 4-6 business days (may be delays due to customs/Maersk 6-7 business days)
Rest of the world: 4 – 10 business days

Taxes, duties & charges

For the US, EU, UK & Norway - all taxes, duties and charges are included

All other countries, the products are sold ex custom duties, taxes and other charges in the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the Customer to investigate and pay all such duties, taxes and charges.

Lost & missing parcels

ILOUITY is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost. If the courier has made the deliverey with signature or proof of delivery, but the package is missing, we cannot stand for a replacement of the parcel. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
