Refund policy

 

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with tags and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof or purchase. We will not refund shipping charges. After your return is received your purchase will be refunded as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the day we received your return. You are responsible for the cost of the return for all shipments outside of the EU. Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer with an additional shipping fee. 

Return instructions:

  1. Fill in the ”Return Form” included in your package.
  2. Put the jeans in the original package together with this form.
  3. Use there turn label and place over the former label. A return label for Sweden shipments are included in your package pre-printed; for EU returns, we ask that you reach out to us so we can help you book a shipping label. For non-EU shipments, we ask you to ship the package at your own cost from your local post office with the necessary customs paperwork.
  4. Leave the package at the nearest postal office.
  5. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and approved your return. 

Cost of Returns: we charge a return fee for all returns, 95 kr in Sweden and 15 euro equivalent for returns from outside of Sweden.

Exchange of Products: Send us an email at hello@ilouity.com with your order number and what you wish to exchange to. We will ship you the new pair and a return shipping label for the items that you want to exchange. We will not debit you for the return.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'd appreciate a photo of any defects as soon as you notice it so we can evaluate faster. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products missing the original tag or show clear signs of use. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
